Welcome to Intersections Creative. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site, such as our blog, podcast and Substack (Some Thoughts Worth Sharing), Creative Chemistry Type quiz, and creative consulting services.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

5. Services and Client Engagements

Descriptions of services on the Site (including creative direction, brand strategy, and consulting offerings) are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. Specific terms for client engagements, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees, will be outlined in a separate signed agreement or statement of work between Intersections Creative and the client.

Nothing on the Site guarantees specific business results, revenue, or outcomes from our services or frameworks (including the Creative Chemistry Types quiz or related content).

6. Quiz, Newsletter, and Free Content

Our quiz, blog, podcast, and Substack content are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or marketing advice tailored to your specific circumstances. You should seek independent professional advice before making business decisions based on this content.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit comments, testimonials, reviews, or other content to the Site (collectively, "User Content"), you grant Intersections Creative a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that User Content in connection with our business and marketing efforts. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the Site or related services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
